Under the deck project turned out great
We finally tackled the muddy strip under our deck out near Elgin in Union County last spring, where the dogs used to track mud into the house every time it rained. Ordered three tons of natural pea gravel, laid heavy landscape fabric first, then edged the whole area with treated lumber before filling it in. Oregon Rock Supply's driver dumped it close enough to the deck that we barely had to wheelbarrow it, saving a full afternoon. The rounded stone stays cool and clean under there, the dogs like lying on it in the shade, and through a full summer and fall it hasn't scattered past the edging.

Great look for a dog run project
Set up a dog run for a client outside Stayton using natural pea gravel instead of crushed stone since their older dog has sensitive paws. Two tons spread over fabric and edged with steel border did the job nicely, and Oregon Rock Supply had it out within two days. Rounded stone is gentle enough that the dog lays right down on it, and it hasn't tracked into the house through a wet Willamette Valley winter.

Fire pit patio came together fast
Built a small fire pit patio in our backyard near Warrenton on the north coast using a yard and a half of natural pea gravel inside a paver border.
