Here is what happens after you place an order and before the material reaches your property.
Submit Your Order
Choose a product, pick the material and quantity, provide the delivery zip code, then select a delivery date.
Supplier Assignment
Your order is assigned to a supplier for delivery.
Delivery Details
We will email your delivery date confirmation along with a phone number for the local supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your materials are brought by dump truck to the driveway or the location you specify on the property.
Delivery Day Information
Prepare Before Delivery
- Make room at the intended material drop-off area
- Provide dump truck access: a 12-foot wide route clear of low branches and wires
- Identify the drop location using a cone, flag, or another clear marker
- You do NOT need to be present, provided access is clear and placement directions are left
- Keep your phone available because the driver may call or text for confirmation
At Delivery
- If placement is unclear, the driver will call or text with questions
- The material is unloaded in one pile at the location you identified
- The usual drop point is the driveway or accessible ground beside it
- The delivery itself usually takes about 10-15 minutes

Frequently Asked Questions
Must I be home for delivery?
No. Leave an open access route and directions for the drop location, and the driver will unload as instructed.
What order size is available?
Order any amount, from a single ton through a full multi-ton shipment. Enter the project size in the calculator, or tell us what you need and we will load it.
Can material be dropped in my backyard?
A clear, level area is required for a dump truck to unload safely. Backyard dumping can work when the truck has access; otherwise, delivery is normally placed at the driveway or near the street.
What happens if I order too much or too little?
The calculator can help determine the amount you need. Place another order if more material is needed. For cancellations, see our refund policy.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Deliveries are currently available weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Select the date you prefer during checkout.
What delivery confirmation do I get?
An email with your order and delivery details is sent immediately. Our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date and give you the supplier's contact information.
What if a truck cannot reach my property?
Dump trucks need a clear access route at least 12-foot wide, without low branches or overhead wires. When the site is inaccessible, the driver will unload as close as safely possible. Contact us before ordering if you have concerns about access.
